I am very excited to begin this journey with you. My goal for this blog is to show you how to master your Silva Method techniques, but also to bring new ideas to you. There is so much great information out there (and so many of them are Silva graduates!) The Silva Life System and Intuition training is a pivotal program for creating the life you want to be living. But, you have to know how to implement these techniques into your life. I have spent my entire life surrounded by Silva graduates and I saw at a very early age, their level of success was directly linked to level in which they integrated the techniques into their lives.

If you have been to one of my seminars, you have heard me say, “If you can count on your fingers the number of times you’ve used your techniques in a day, you are doing it wrong.” Bold statement? Yes, but it is true. I can show you how to do it right and be the most successful you you can be. Your success is why I became an instructor and your success is what keeps me focused on new ways to help you succeed. You have the techniques, now it’s time to engage them and get them working for you. Are you ready? Me too!
Some of the most common things I hear from Grads is: “I don’t know if I’m at level, I can’t visualize, all I see is black when I close my eyes, I can’t keep my mind focused, my thoughts are all over the place, I don’t know what technique to use first, or I used (insert technique) and I don’t think I got an answer.” Does any of this sound like you? Know you are not alone. These are very common. The answer? Practice and build confidence in your newly found skills.
Manual? What manual?
If you are a Silva Grad, it’s time to dust off your manuals. Every graduate went home with a manual. These are important tools. You learned so many techniques over the course of two or four days. The manuals are to refresh your memory as you process all that wonderful information. Today I am asking you to pick something, anything to get your momentum going.
This everyone can do!
Let’s begin with the breath. The breathing meditation is the is the first step to reaching the Alpha level. Every cycle begins with closing your eyes, taking a deep breath and exhale. How much thought have you put in to the breath?
Know thy own Breath.
Do you take, what I call, a “Buddha breath?” Meaning your diaphragm should puff out on the inhale and go in on the exhale. Sit quietly at least twice a day with this focus. Twice a day!!! What!!! This is a common reaction, but let me make it simple for you. When you are just waking up with the “To Awake” technique, lie in bed and take conscious “Buddha breaths”; in to the count of five, out to the count of five. Do this at least for a couple of minutes to begin with … you may find it feels so good you do it longer. Fantastic! Then right before you open your eyes visualize the positive outcome of one thing you are doing today. Go through your day, taking notice of any changes in how you feel, physically or mentally. The second time to practice your Buddha breath is as you are going to bed. Same thing, breath in five, breath out five, for a couple of minutes, as you fall to sleep.
Two times a day, no problem! Make this commitment to yourself and your future.
